EPM3128ATC144-5N Overview
The EPM3128ATC144-5N is an Altera MAX 3000A CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Device) with 144 macrocells and 5ns maximum pin-to-pin delay time. It is a low-power, high-performance device that is suitable for a wide range of applications.
The device is housed in a 144-pin TQFP package and is capable of operating from a single 3.3V power supply. It is designed to meet the needs of high-speed, low-power applications such as FPGA-based designs, ASIC replacements and embedded control systems.
The EPM3128ATC144-5N features an optimized architecture that provides up to 32Kbits of RAM, up to 6Kbits of ROM, up to 16Kbits of EEPROM, up to 8Kbits of register-based RAM and up to 1Kbits of register-based ROM. It also includes up to 512 user-defined logic elements, up to 8-input look-up tables and up to 8-input multiplexers.
