The EPM3512AQC208-7N is a high-performance, low-power Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) device manufactured by Altera Corporation. This chip is part of the MAX 3000A family of FPGAs and is designed for high-speed, low-power applications. It has a maximum operating frequency of up to 200 MHz and a power consumption of only 1.2 W. The chip is packaged in a 208-pin PQFP package and is ideal for applications such as high-speed data acquisition, signal processing, and embedded control.


The EPM3512AQC208-7N features a total of 3512 logic elements, including up to 32K bits of RAM, 8K bits of ROM, and up to 8K bits of EEPROM. It also has 12 dedicated 18-bit multiplier blocks and two dedicated 18-bit divider blocks. This chip also features a wide range of I/O options, including up to 32 dedicated I/O pins, up to 24 dedicated I/O pins for LVDS, and up to 32 dedicated I/O pins for differential signaling.
