The M2GL010TS-1VFG256T2 is a low power, highly integrated System-on-Chip (SoC) designed for a wide range of embedded applications. It is based on a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 processor core and features a high-performance, low-power memory architecture. The SoC is available in a 256-pin TFBGA package, and is pin-compatible with the M2GL010TS-1VFG256T.
The SoC includes a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 processor core, an integrated memory controller, and a range of integrated peripherals. The processor core runs at up to 48 MHz and is capable of executing up to 16 instructions per cycle. The integrated memory controller supports up to 32 MB of external SDRAM and up to 8 MB of external Flash memory. The integrated peripherals include a 10/100 Ethernet MAC, a CAN controller, a USB 2.0 device controller, a UART, an I2C interface, a SPI interface, and a timer/counter.
