The ATF1508ASV-15QI100 is a low-power, high-performance CMOS Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) chip manufactured by Atmel Corporation. This model is based on the Atmel's advanced 0.15-micron process technology and is packaged in a 100-pin QFP package. It is a high-density device, with 6,144 logic cells and up to 8,192 bits of RAM. It has a maximum clock frequency of up to 150 MHz and a maximum system clock of up to 300 MHz.


The ATF1508ASV-15QI100 has a wide range of features, including an embedded 32-bit RISC processor, up to four high-speed clock inputs, up to four high-speed clock outputs, up to four global clock networks, and up to four dedicated clock networks. It also offers enhanced I/O capabilities, including support for LVDS, LVCMOS, and differential I/O standards. In addition, it has a built-in phase-locked loop (PLL) for frequency synthesis, and a built-in phase detector for clock synchronization.
