The LFSCM3GA115EP1-5FC1152C is a low-power, high-performance, single-chip microcontroller (MCU) developed by NXP Semiconductors. It is based on the ARM Cortex-M3 processor core, and is designed for embedded applications in the industrial, medical, automotive, and consumer markets. The MCU has a 32-bit RISC architecture and operates at up to 50 MHz. It also features a 16-bit timer, an 8-bit timer, and a real-time clock.


The chip is equipped with a wide range of peripherals, including a 10/100 Ethernet controller, a USB 2.0 controller, a CAN controller, an I2C interface, and a UART. It also has a variety of memory options, including up to 128Kb of flash memory, up to 32Kb of SRAM, and up to 64Kb of EEPROM. The chip also features an integrated analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and a 12-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC).


The LFSCM3GA115EP1-5FC1152C is suitable for a wide range of embedded applications, such as motor control, digital power, lighting, HVAC, and medical monitoring.
