The LFSC3GA80E-6FFN1152C chip is a low-power, low-voltage, high-performance, single-chip system-on-chip (SoC) designed for use in embedded applications. It is based on the ARM Cortex-A53 processor and is manufactured using TSMC’s 28nm process technology. It is designed to provide up to 1.2GHz of processing power and has a memory controller that can support up to 2GB of DDR3/DDR4 memory.


The chip has an integrated graphics processor that supports OpenGL ES 2.0 and OpenCL 1.2, as well as a high-performance video encoder/decoder (VED) that supports H.264 and H.265 video codecs. It also features a wide range of interfaces, including USB 2.0, Gigabit Ethernet, HDMI, and MIPI-CSI. It has an integrated power management unit (PMU) to ensure efficient power consumption and thermal management.


The LFSC3GA80E-6FFN1152C chip is suitable for a wide range of applications, including digital signage, smart home appliances, industrial automation, medical imaging, and automotive infotainment systems.
