The LFEC33E-4FN672C is an integrated circuit chip, manufactured by Texas Instruments, which is a member of the company’s low-power, low-voltage Fractional-N PLL family. The chip offers a wide range of features, including a fast lock time of 1.5 microseconds, a wide frequency range of 0.1 to 600 MHz and a low jitter of 0.1 ps RMS. It also has a low phase noise of -94 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz offset and a programmable reference divider.
