The LCMXO640C-3BN256C is a low-cost, low-power, field-programmable system-on-chip (SoC) designed by Lattice Semiconductor. It is based on the LatticeMico32 soft-core processor, and is designed to provide embedded systems designers with a low-cost and low-power alternative to traditional microcontroller solutions.
The LCMXO640C-3BN256C comes in a 4.4 mm by 4.4 mm, 0.8 mm pitch, 256-pin BGA package. It has a maximum clock speed of 80 MHz, and is built on a 0.18 μm non-volatile CMOS process. It contains a 32-bit RISC microcontroller core, 32 kB of instruction SRAM, 32 kB of data SRAM, and 256 kB of flash memory. It also features a wide range of peripherals, including two UARTs, two SPI ports, two I2C ports, two CAN ports, two PWM channels, and two timer/counter blocks.
