The LC4384V-75T176C is a high-performance, low-power, CMOS integrated circuit (IC) developed by Lattice Semiconductor Corporation. It is a low-cost, high-speed, low-power, low-voltage, programmable logic device (PLD). It is a member of the Lattice MachXO3 family and is designed to enable a wide range of applications in industrial, automotive, communications, medical, and consumer markets.


This chip model is a 576-macrocell device with a maximum operating frequency of up to 400MHz. It features an on-chip, low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) transceiver, a high-speed differential clock input, and a high-speed differential clock output. It also includes an on-chip, low-voltage positive edge triggered (LVTTL) transceiver and an on-chip, low-voltage positive edge triggered (LVPECL) transceiver.


The LC4384V-75T176C has a low-power consumption of 1.2W and a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. It is packaged in a 176-pin, TQFP package and is compliant with the RoHS directive.
