The LC4384C-10T176I is a low-cost, low-power, high-performance Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) chip manufactured by Lattice Semiconductor. This FPGA is based on the LatticeSCM family of devices and is built using a 0.18-micron CMOS process. It has a maximum power consumption of 2.3 W and a maximum operating frequency of 175 MHz.


The LC4384C-10T176I has a total of 176 logic cells, with each cell containing 4 input/output (I/O) pins, 4 flip-flops, and 4 lookup tables (LUTs). It also features dedicated clock resources and an onboard phase-locked loop (PLL) for clock synchronization. The chip has a total of 10 embedded RAM blocks, each with a capacity of 4Kbits. It also features two high-speed global clock networks, two global clock buffers, and two global clock distribution networks.


The chip has a total of 176 I/O pins, with each pin capable of supporting up to 3.3V. It also features an integrated JTAG boundary scan for testing and debugging.
