The EPM7160STC100-10 is a low-power, high-performance CMOS programmable logic device (PLD) manufactured by Altera. This device is a member of the MAX 7000S family of PLDs and is available in a 100-pin TQFP package.
The EPM7160STC100-10 has an internal architecture that consists of up to 1,024 logic elements (LEs), up to 16 macrocells, up to 16 product-term registers, up to 16 output registers, and up to 32 I/O pins. It also features an internal clock-management circuitry that allows for up to eight dedicated clock-management signals.
The EPM7160STC100-10 also features a high-speed, low-power design that can operate at up to 200 MHz and consumes only 3.3V. It also has a wide range of I/O standards, including 3.3V and 5V LVTTL, LVCMOS, and PCML, as well as a variety of differential I/O standards.
