EPCE16UC88 Overview



The EPCE16UC88 is a low-power, high-performance 8-bit microcontroller chip manufactured by EPC. It is based on the 8051 core architecture and has a 16-bit address bus and 8-bit data bus. The chip includes 16Kbytes of Flash memory, 1Kbyte of RAM and 128 bytes of EEPROM. It also has two 8-bit timer/counters, one 16-bit timer/counter, a serial port and an interrupt controller.


The EPCE16UC88 has a maximum operating frequency of 40MHz and a minimum operating voltage of 2.4V. It has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is available in a 64-pin PLCC package. The chip is also RoHS compliant and has a power consumption of only 0.8mW/MHz.
