Virtex®-4 LX
The Xilinx Virtex®-4 LX series is a high-performance programmable logic device with a large number of logic cells and memory blocks, supporting many different I/O standards and high-speed serial connections. It provides a wealth of hardcore functions, including multipliers, digital signal processors, memory controllers, etc., making it widely used in high-speed data processing and communication fields.
This series of chips adopt a 40nm process, can provide about 100,000 to 200,000 logic cells, and is equipped with up to 528 input and output ports. In addition, the series supports a variety of different SoCs, including MicroBlaze™ processors, PCI Express interfaces, and more. This series of chips are suitable for many fields such as high-speed communication, digital signal processing, medical imaging, high-end robotics, machine vision, and industrial automation.
