Fusion®
Microchip's Fusion® family is a family of low-power MCUs based on the ARM® Cortex®-M0+ core, featuring an integrated FPGA and communication IP, offering a high degree of flexibility and programmability.
This series of chips adopt a 40nm process and integrates 512KB to 1MB flash memory, including high-speed DMA for data processing, as well as multiple 16-bit timers and general-purpose Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) controllers, which can run up to 120MHz. FPGAs integrate a large number of logic elements and dedicated DSP devices to support customized hardware acceleration and processing, which makes the Fusion® series ideal for IoT, smart control, and programmable industrial automation.
In addition, this series of chips also provides security and reliability features, including support for hardware encryption/decryption and secure boot functions, which can protect the system from malicious attacks.
