The Lattice ispXPLD® 5000MV Series is an SRAM-based Programmable Logic Device with programmability, flexibility, and high performance for a wide variety of complex digital and analog circuit designs.

The Lattice ispXPLD® series of chips provides a capacity of up to 5M system gates (SM) and provides a variety of programmable special function blocks, such as digital signal processing, memory, and communication interfaces.
