The LC5512MV-75FN256I is an 8-bit microcontroller chip from Lattice Semiconductor. It is based on the enhanced version of the popular Mico8 architecture and is designed for low-power, cost-effective embedded applications. The LC5512MV-75FN256I is built on a low-power, low-cost 8-bit microcontroller core and includes 32KB of on-chip program memory, 256 bytes of SRAM, an 8-channel 10-bit ADC, a 16-bit timer, and a 32-bit general purpose I/O port. It also features an 8-channel serial communication interface, which supports UART, SPI, and I2C protocols. The device is capable of operating at frequencies up to 12.5 MHz and can be operated from a single 1.8V to 5.5V supply.
