It is a member of the Xilinx Virtex UltraScale+ family, and it is the first FPGA to feature 28 nm 3D HBM2 DRAM technology. It offers up to 45 million logic cells, up to 1.4 million logic slices, and up to 17.5 Tb/s of on-chip memory bandwidth.
