EK-U1-ZCU102-ES2-G-J Overview
The EK-U1-ZCU102-ES2-G-J is an evaluation kit designed by Xilinx Inc. It is an ideal platform for developing and evaluating Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC devices. The kit consists of a ZCU102 board, which is based on the Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC ZU19EG, a high-performance, RF-class SoC.
The ZCU102 board is equipped with a Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC ZU19EG device, which integrates a quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 64-bit application processor, a dual-core Cortex-R5 real-time processor, an ARM Mali 400 graphics processing unit, and an FPGA fabric. It also features 2GB DDR4 memory, 32MB QSPI Flash memory, 4GB eMMC on-board storage, and a Gigabit Ethernet port. The board also includes a wide range of peripherals, such as USB 2.0, UART, CAN, I2C, SPI, and GPIO.
The EK-U1-ZCU102-ES2-G-J evaluation kit is suitable for a wide range of applications, including medical imaging, signal processing, video/audio decoding, machine learning, and embedded vision. It also supports various software development tools such as Xilinx Vivado Design Suite, Xilinx SDK, and Xilinx PetaLinux.
