The M7AFS600-FG256 is a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) chip model manufactured by Altera Corporation. It is a 256-pin device with a 1.2V core voltage and a 3.3V I/O voltage. It is housed in a 7x7 mm package and has a maximum operating temperature of 85°C.
