M2GL025-VF400

The M2GL025-VF400 is a low-power, low-voltage, high-performance System-on-Chip (SoC) designed for use in a wide range of embedded applications. It features a rich set of peripherals and interfaces including an ARM Cortex-M2 processor, a rich set of external memory interfaces, and up to 16KB of SRAM.
