The M2GL010-1VFG400 is a low-power, high-performance System-on-Chip (SoC) designed for embedded applications. It is based on the ARM Cortex-M0 processor core and integrates a wide range of peripherals, including an LCD controller, a USB 2.0 controller, a CAN controller, an Ethernet controller, a UART, and an I2C interface. The SoC can be used for a wide range of applications, including industrial automation, automotive, home automation, medical, and consumer electronics.


The M2GL010-1VFG400 is available in a small, low-cost package and features a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It has a maximum clock frequency of 50 MHz and a power consumption of less than 1 mW in standby mode. It is also designed to meet the requirements of the EN 50155 railway standard.


The SoC includes a set of peripherals, such as a 10/100 Ethernet MAC, a CAN controller, an LCD controller, a USB 2.0 controller, an I2C interface, and a UART. The Ethernet MAC supports both 10 Mbps and 100 Mbps operation and can be used for network connectivity. The CAN controller supports up to two CAN buses and allows for communication between devices. The LCD controller supports up to four displays, while the USB 2.0 controller provides up to four ports. The I2C interface supports up to two devices and the UART supports up to four ports.
