M2GL005S-1FG484 is a System-on-Chip (SoC) designed and manufactured by Fujitsu Semiconductor. It is a single-chip solution that combines a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4F processor core, an FPGA fabric, and a wide range of peripherals. The ARM Cortex-M4F core is clocked at up to 120MHz, and the FPGA fabric is implemented in a 4-layer metal process. It has a low power consumption of 2.2mW/MHz.
