The M1AGL600V2-FGG256I is an advanced system-on-chip (SoC) designed by Microsemi Corporation. It is based on the RISC-V instruction set architecture (ISA) and is capable of delivering high performance and low power consumption. The chip is fabricated using a 28 nm CMOS process and includes a dual-core processor, a memory controller, a direct memory access (DMA) controller, a high-speed Ethernet controller, and a variety of digital peripherals.


The dual-core processor is based on the RISC-V ISA and is capable of executing 32-bit and 64-bit instructions. It is designed to deliver a maximum frequency of 600 MHz, and supports a variety of instruction set extensions, including the FPU, DSP, and SIMD extensions. The processor also includes a number of power management features, such as dynamic voltage and frequency scaling (DVFS) and a low-power sleep state.


The memory controller supports a variety of memory types, including DDR3/DDR4 SDRAM, LPDDR2/3 SDRAM, and QSPI Flash. It supports up to 8 GB of memory and has a maximum data transfer rate of 1.6 Gbps. The DMA controller is capable of transferring data between the processor and the memory at a rate of up to 1 Gbps.


The high-speed Ethernet controller supports 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet, and is capable of transferring data at a rate of up to 1 Gbps. The chip also includes a variety of digital peripherals, such as UART, I2C, SPI, GPIO, PWM, and Timers.


The M1AGL600V2-FGG256I is well-suited for a variety of applications, such as embedded systems, industrial automation, robotics, and IoT. It is also suitable for use in a variety of safety-critical applications, such as automotive and aerospace.
