The M1AFS600-2FGG484 is a high-performance, low-power, low-voltage System-on-Chip (SoC) model from Microchip Technology. It is based on the ARM Cortex-M1 processor core, and is designed for embedded applications that require high performance, low power consumption, and low cost.


The M1AFS600-2FGG484 features an ARM Cortex-M1 processor core running at up to 48MHz, with up to 32KB of on-chip flash memory and up to 4KB of SRAM. It also includes an integrated 10/100 Ethernet MAC, a USB 2.0 device controller, and an on-chip oscillator. The chip also has an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with up to 10-bit resolution and a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with up to 8-bit resolution.


The M1AFS600-2FGG484 is designed for a wide range of embedded applications, such as industrial automation, medical devices, consumer electronics, and automotive systems. It is also suitable for use in low-power and low-cost applications, such as home automation, security systems, and wireless sensor networks.
