M1AFS600-1FGG256K Overview
The M1AFS600-1FGG256K is a low-power, low-cost, low-voltage, high-performance 32-bit microcontroller from the M1 family of products from NXP Semiconductors. It is based on the ARM Cortex-M4 core and features 256KB of on-chip flash memory, 8KB of SRAM and an integrated 10-bit ADC. It also has an integrated USB 2.0 full-speed controller and a wide range of communication peripherals, including I2C, SPI, UART and CAN.
The M1AFS600-1FGG256K is designed for embedded applications and is ideal for use in industrial, automotive, consumer, medical and home automation applications. It has a wide operating voltage range of 1.8V to 3.6V and is capable of running at up to 50MHz. It also has an integrated power-on reset (POR) circuit and a low-power sleep mode. The chip also has a wide range of integrated peripherals, including a 10-bit ADC, three 16-bit timers, two 32-bit timers, a watchdog timer, a real-time clock and a DMA controller.
