The M1A3P250-VQ100 chip is an ultra-low-power, high-performance microcontroller designed by Microchip Technology. It is based on the ARM Cortex-M3 processor and features an integrated analog-to-digital converter (ADC), a high-speed serial peripheral interface (SPI) and a low-power timer.
