EX128-TQG64I Overview



The EX128-TQG64I is a 64-bit embedded microcontroller chip designed by NXP Semiconductors. It is based on the ARM Cortex-M0 processor and features 32KB of flash memory and 8KB of SRAM. It also has a range of integrated peripherals, including a 10-bit ADC, two UARTs, two SPI interfaces, and two I2C interfaces.
