AX2000-CQ256M Overview



The AX2000-CQ256M is a low-power, single-chip, full-featured System on Chip (SoC) designed for use in a variety of embedded applications. It is based on a 32-bit ARM Cortex-A7 processor core and includes an integrated FPGA fabric and several peripheral devices. The SoC is fabricated in a 28nm process technology and is packaged in a 256-pin BGA package.


The AX2000-CQ256M features a wide range of peripherals and interfaces, including a USB 2.0 host/device controller, a 10/100 Ethernet MAC, four UARTs, two I2C controllers, two SPI controllers, four CAN controllers, four DMA channels, and an HDMI 1.4a interface. It also includes an integrated FPGA fabric with up to 256K logic elements, and up to 8MB of on-chip SRAM.
