The AX1000-1FG484I is a low-power, high-performance, multi-core System-on-Chip (SoC) model from the AX1000 series. It is based on the ARM Cortex-A15 architecture and is designed for use in embedded applications. It is manufactured using a 28nm process and is available in a BGA package.
