AT40K10LV-3CQI

The AT40K10LV-3CQI is a low voltage, high performance CMOS SRAM chip model developed by Atmel Corporation. It is a 10K-bit static random access memory (SRAM) device, organized as 1,024 words by 10 bits. The chip operates on a single 2.7V to 3.6V power supply and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It features an access time of 10ns and a cycle time of 12ns.
