AT17LV512A-10PU Overview



The AT17LV512A-10PU is a model of non-volatile memory produced by Microchip Technology. It is a 512Kbit serial EEPROM, with a standard 8-pin PDIP package and a low-voltage operation of 2.7 to 5.5V. It is capable of programming up to 1 million times, and has a maximum write cycle time of 5ms. The device is equipped with a 5V tolerant I/O, and a page write mode which allows up to 64 bytes of data to be written at once.


The AT17LV512A-10PU is primarily used in applications which require low-power, non-volatile memory. It is suitable for use in a wide range of applications, including automotive, industrial, medical, and consumer electronics. It is also used in embedded systems, where its low-power operation and small package size make it ideal for use in small form factor designs.
