APA075-PQ208I Overview



The APA075-PQ208I is an ultra-low power, high performance, multi-channel, mixed-signal System-on-Chip (SoC) designed for applications in the industrial, medical, and consumer electronics markets. This SoC integrates a variety of peripherals and functions, including a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 processor core, a high-speed USB 2.0 controller, a 10/100 Ethernet controller, an SDIO/SPI/I2C communication interface, a CAN transceiver, and a wide range of analog and digital peripherals.


The APA075-PQ208I is fabricated using a 0.18µm CMOS process and is housed in a 208-pin PQFP package. It operates at a voltage range of 1.8V to 3.3V and is capable of operating at temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C. The chip has an operating frequency of up to 80MHz and consumes a maximum power of 1.3W. It also features an on-chip Flash memory of up to 512 KB and an SRAM memory of up to 64 KB.
