The A54SX16P-PQ208M is an advanced system-on-chip (SoC) designed by Lattice Semiconductor. It is a low-power, high-performance, single-chip solution for a wide range of applications. The A54SX16P-PQ208M includes an ARM Cortex-A54 processor core, a 32-bit DDR3/DDR4 memory controller, a high-speed USB 3.0 controller, a PCIe Gen2 controller, and a wide range of system peripherals.


The A54SX16P-PQ208M is built on a 28nm process technology, and is available in a 208-pin PQFP package. It has a power consumption of 1.3W at full speed and 0.7W in low power mode. The processor core operates at up to 1.2GHz, and has a 32KB L1 cache and a 256KB L2 cache. The device also has a DDR3/DDR4 memory controller with support for up to 8GB of memory.
