The ORT8850L-1BMN680C is a low-power, high-performance CMOS System-on-Chip (SoC) designed for embedded applications. It is based on a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 processor core with a frequency of up to 80 MHz and a floating-point unit (FPU) for high-performance signal processing. The SoC includes a range of integrated peripherals, such as an LCD controller, a CAN controller, and an integrated USB 2.0 OTG controller.


The ORT8850L-1BMN680C has a wide range of features, including a 16-bit ADC, two UARTs, two I2C interfaces, two SPI interfaces, an I2S interface, and a 10/100 Ethernet MAC. It also features up to 16 MB of Flash memory, up to 8 MB of SRAM, and up to 256 KB of OTP memory. The SoC supports a wide range of communication protocols, including CAN, Ethernet, USB, and I2C.
