The M5LV-512/160-10YI is a low-power, high-performance, cost-effective System on Chip (SoC) designed for embedded applications. It is based on the MIPS32 M-Class processor core and includes an integrated memory controller and a range of peripheral interfaces.
The M5LV-512/160-10YI has a maximum clock frequency of 160MHz and is capable of executing instructions at a rate of up to 512 MIPS. It features a 32-bit RISC processor core, with a five-stage pipeline and support for up to 32 general-purpose registers. It also includes an integrated memory controller, with support for up to 32MB of external SDRAM.
