M4A5-32/32-5JC Overview
The M4A5-32/32-5JC is a 32-bit microprocessor chip designed by Fujitsu. It is based on the MIPS architecture and is compatible with the MIPS32 Release 5 instruction set. It is fabricated using a 0.18μm CMOS process and has an operating frequency of up to 500MHz.
The chip features 32KB of instruction cache, 32KB of data cache and a 5-stage pipeline. It also includes an enhanced version of the MIPS16e instruction set, which allows for more efficient code execution. It has an integrated memory controller that supports up to 8GB of DDR2/3/4 RAM.
