The M4A5-256/128-12YNI is a high-performance, low-power, multi-core processor chip. It is designed to meet the needs of embedded applications, such as industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics.


The chip is based on the ARM Cortex-M4 architecture, and features a 32-bit processor core, with 256KB of on-chip SRAM and 128KB of on-chip Flash memory.
