The M4A3-512/256-7FAC is a high-performance, low-power CMOS microprocessor chip manufactured by Toshiba Semiconductor. The chip features a 32-bit RISC architecture, a 512KB on-chip program memory, 256KB on-chip data memory and seven integrated peripheral functions. The chip is designed for use in embedded and industrial control systems, and is suitable for applications such as industrial automation, process control and robotics.


The M4A3-512/256-7FAC is based on a 32-bit RISC architecture, which enables it to process instructions quickly and efficiently.
