M4A3-512/256-12FAI Overview



The M4A3-512/256-12FAI is a low-power, high-performance, single-chip microcontroller designed for embedded applications. It is based on the ARM Cortex-M4 architecture and features a 32-bit ARM core with a clock speed of up to 120MHz. The chip includes 512KB of embedded flash memory, 256KB of SRAM, and a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC).
