M4A3-384/192-10SAI Overview
The M4A3-384/192-10SAI is a high-performance, low-power, mixed-signal system-on-chip (SoC) designed for a wide range of applications. It is based on a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 processor core and features an array of on-chip peripherals, including high-performance analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters, a variety of communication interfaces, and a wide range of power management features.
The M4A3-384/192-10SAI is built with a 384-kbyte flash memory and a 192-kbyte SRAM. It also features an integrated 10-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and a 10-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC).
