The M4A3-384/192-10SAI is a high-performance, low-power, mixed-signal system-on-chip (SoC) designed for a wide range of applications. It is based on a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 processor core and features an array of on-chip peripherals, including high-performance analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters, a variety of communication interfaces, and a wide range of power management features.


The M4A3-384/192-10SAI is built with a 384-kbyte flash memory and a 192-kbyte SRAM. It also features an integrated 10-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and a 10-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC). The ADC and DAC provide a wide range of input and output capabilities, including analog inputs from sensors and actuators, and digital outputs for controlling motors, LEDs, and other devices.


The M4A3-384/192-10SAI also features a wide range of communication interfaces, including two UARTs, two I2C buses, and two SPI buses. It also supports USB, CAN, and Ethernet communication protocols. The on-chip power management features include a low-power sleep mode, a deep sleep mode, and a low-power run mode.


The M4A3-384/192-10SAI is suitable for a wide range of applications, including industrial automation, medical equipment, and consumer electronics. It is also well suited for embedded systems and Internet of Things (IoT) applications.
