The M4A3-256/128-7YNC is a high-performance, low-power, low-cost system on chip (SoC) designed to meet the needs of a wide range of applications. It is a highly integrated SoC that combines a powerful 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 processor core with a wide range of on-chip peripherals, such as flash memory, SRAM, Ethernet, CAN, USB, and more.


The M4A3-256/128-7YNC features 256KB of flash memory and 128KB of SRAM, both of which are connected to the processor core through an on-chip bus. This allows for fast, efficient data transfer between the processor and the memory. The processor also includes an integrated DMA controller, which enables the processor to access external memory without the need for additional logic.


The M4A3-256/128-7YNC also features a wide range of on-chip peripherals, including Ethernet, CAN, USB, and more.
