LFXP20C-4FN388I Overview



The LFXP20C-4FN388I is a low-power, low-cost, low-voltage CMOS microcontroller from NXP Semiconductors. It is based on the ARM Cortex-M0+ core and is designed for small, low-power applications. The chip operates at a maximum clock frequency of 20MHz and is capable of executing up to 16 MIPS (million instructions per second). It has 2KB of SRAM and 32KB of flash memory, and is capable of executing up to 256 instructions per cycle. It also includes a 10-bit ADC and a 12-bit DAC.
