The LFXP2-17E-7FTN256C is a low-power, low-cost, field-programmable gate array (FPGA) chip, designed by Lattice Semiconductor Corporation. It is based on the LatticeXP2-17E FPGA family, which features a maximum of 17,408 logic cells, 256Kbits of embedded memory, and up to 8 Multi-Gigabit Transceivers (MGTs). It also offers up to 28 user I/O pins, and a maximum of 256 user I/O pins.


The LFXP2-17E-7FTN256C is a low-cost, low-power option for applications such as industrial automation, consumer electronics, automotive, medical, and aerospace. It has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is available in a 256-pin, 7x7mm, 0.5mm pitch BGA package.


The chip features an embedded flash memory with an error-correcting code (ECC) and a secure erase/program capability. It also includes an integrated oscillator, clock management, and phase-locked loop (PLL) circuitry. The chip is designed to meet the requirements of the MIL-STD-883 standard for radiation hardness assurance (RHA).
