LFXP15C-4FN388I Overview
The LFXP15C-4FN388I is a low-power, low-cost, low-voltage, single-chip microcontroller from NXP Semiconductors. It is based on the ARM Cortex-M0+ processor and is designed for embedded applications in the industrial, consumer, medical and automotive markets.
The chip features a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ processor core with up to 48 MHz of processing speed. It also includes a memory subsystem that includes 4KB of SRAM, 32KB of ROM, and a 16-bit timer. The chip also has a wide range of peripherals, such as an analog-to-digital converter, I2C and SPI interfaces, UART, and USB 2.0.
