It is a single-chip solution that combines a 32-bit RISC CPU core, a 32-bit DSP core and a 32-bit FPGA core. It is designed for embedded applications that require high performance and low power consumption.

It has a total of 4MB of embedded Flash memory, 1MB of embedded RAM and 8KB of embedded ROM.
