The LFSC3GA80E-7FC1704C is a high-performance, low-power, system-on-chip (SoC) designed for a wide range of embedded applications. The chip is based on the ARM Cortex-A8 processor core and includes a range of peripherals, such as a dedicated 2D graphics engine, a high-speed USB 2.0 controller, an Ethernet/Wi-Fi controller, and a wide range of I/O interfaces. The chip also features an integrated power management unit (PMU) for low power consumption.


The chip is fabricated using a 65nm process technology and is available in a range of package sizes. It is capable of running at speeds up to 1GHz and includes a number of advanced features, such as an NEON SIMD engine, a TrustZone security subsystem, and an integrated JTAG debug interface. It also supports a wide range of operating systems, including Linux, Android, Windows CE and Windows Phone.
