The LFSC3GA40E-5FF1020I is a low-power, high-performance, ultra-low-power, low-voltage, low-power, microcontroller-based system-on-chip (SoC) designed for embedded applications. It is based on the ARM Cortex-M3 core and is fabricated on a 0.18μm CMOS process.


The SoC has a maximum operating frequency of 40MHz and includes two 16-bit timers, two UARTs, two SPI/I2C interfaces, one USB 2.0 device, one ADC, one DAC, one PWM, one I2S, one LCD controller, one RTC, and one Ethernet MAC. It also includes a range of peripherals such as a watchdog timer, a power-on reset, a low-voltage detect, and a temperature sensor.


The SoC supports both 3.3V and 5V power supplies and offers low-power operation with a sleep current of less than 10μA. It has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is fully compliant with the RoHS and WEEE directives.


The SoC is suitable for a wide range of embedded applications such as industrial automation, automotive, consumer electronics, medical, and home automation. It can be used in applications such as motor control, HVAC, security systems, and home automation. It is also suitable for use in battery-powered devices such as wearables, IoT sensors, and portable medical devices.
