LFSC3GA40E-5FF1020I Overview
The LFSC3GA40E-5FF1020I is a low-power, high-performance, ultra-low-power, low-voltage, low-power, microcontroller-based system-on-chip (SoC) designed for embedded applications. It is based on the ARM Cortex-M3 core and is fabricated on a 0.18μm CMOS process.
The SoC has a maximum operating frequency of 40MHz and includes two 16-bit timers, two UARTs, two SPI/I2C interfaces, one USB 2.0 device, one ADC, one DAC, one PWM, one I2S, one LCD controller, one RTC, and one Ethernet MAC. It also includes a range of peripherals such as a watchdog timer, a power-on reset, a low-voltage detect, and a temperature sensor.
The SoC supports both 3.3V and 5V power supplies and offers low-power operation with a sleep current of less than 10μA. It has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is fully compliant with the RoHS and WEEE directives.
