The LFE2M50SE-6F484C is a low-power, low-cost, low-voltage field-programmable gate array (FPGA) designed by Lattice Semiconductor Corporation. It is based on the company’s LatticeECP2M architecture, and is available in a 6x6 mm, 484-pin fine-pitch ball-grid array (BGA) package.
The FPGA is built upon the company’s non-volatile, low-power, low-cost, low-voltage ECP2M architecture, which includes a wide range of features and functions, including logic elements, memory, and I/Os.
