The LFE2M50SE-6F484C is a low-power, low-cost, low-voltage field-programmable gate array (FPGA) designed by Lattice Semiconductor Corporation. It is based on the company’s LatticeECP2M architecture, and is available in a 6x6 mm, 484-pin fine-pitch ball-grid array (BGA) package.


The FPGA is built upon the company’s non-volatile, low-power, low-cost, low-voltage ECP2M architecture, which includes a wide range of features and functions, including logic elements, memory, and I/Os. The device is capable of supporting up to 4.8 million logic elements, 4.8 million bits of RAM, and 648 I/Os. It offers up to 400 MHz of system performance, and is able to operate at a supply voltage as low as 1.2V. The device is also equipped with a wide range of features, such as differential I/O support, dynamic power management, on-chip clock management, and an integrated JTAG port.


The LFE2M50SE-6F484C is suitable for a variety of applications, such as communications, industrial automation, medical, military, and aerospace. It is also well-suited for applications requiring low-power, low-cost, and low-voltage solutions, such as portable and battery-powered devices.
