The LFE2M20E-7FN256C is a low-power, low-cost FPGA chip from Lattice Semiconductor Corporation. It is designed for a variety of applications, including communications, consumer electronics, industrial automation, automotive and medical.
The chip features a single-chip FPGA architecture with 256K logic cells, 8Kbits of embedded memory and 8Kbits of distributed memory. It has an integrated phase-locked loop (PLL) and is capable of supporting up to four independent clock domains. The chip also features two dedicated high-speed serial transceivers and up to four high-speed LVDS pairs. It has a maximum operating frequency of 200MHz and a maximum power consumption of 2.5W.
