The LFE2-35E-5F484C is a low-power, high-performance field-programmable gate array (FPGA) chip from Lattice Semiconductor. It is a member of the LatticeECP2/M family of FPGA devices and is suitable for a wide range of applications.
The chip has a total of 35K logic elements and up to 284Kbits of embedded memory. It is capable of executing up to 1000MHz of system clock speed and offers up to 12.5Gbps of transceiver data rate.
